The Festival returns over the weekend of 16th – 18th September 2016 and will once again bring the best in food and drink to the beautiful market town of Abergavenny.
Topping the bill is MasterChef: The Professionals presenter and former Le Gavroche senior sous chef, Monica Galetti. Opening the Festival on Friday 16 in the Borough Theatre, she will show spectators how to make it through the dreaded skills test with top tips from her book, ‘The Skills.’
Joining Monica is one of Spain’s greatest chef exports, critically acclaimed and award winning, Jose Pizarro. He will be sharing his culinary secrets for pintxos plates from his new book Basque so that the audience leave unintimidated by Spanish cooking.
And if this wasn’t exciting enough, we are also delighted to announce that friends of the Festival, award winning Cyrus Todiwala of Cafe Spice Namaste, will be debuting recipes from his new book ‘Mr. Todiwala’s Spice Box’ and chef and co-writer of Leon: Fast Vegetarian, Jane Baxter will also be returning to join this glittering line-up.
